Routine Care & Maintenance

1.Regularly check the air filter of the fan coil Every three to four weeks, clean or replace the air filter. If you have a reusable filter, please make sure that it is completely dry before re-installing it in the unit.

2.Clean the indoor coil. Use a vacuum cleaner with a soft-brush attachment to remove any dust from the top and the underside of the coil.

3.Keep the outdoor condensing unit free of debris Check the base pan every now and then, and remove any debris, which might be blocking the flow of excess water.

4.Routine Care. Use a damp soapy towel to clean your unit. Never pour water onto your unit. Never use petrol, solvents or abrasive powders to clean your unit. This will only serve to damage the unit. If condensing unit is placed on hanging steel bracket, it is advisable to check the structure after three years.
